Driving Directions to the Clinic:

From the south or the north, take I-65 to Exit 175 (SR 25).  Turn towards Lafayette and go to the traffic light at US 52. Turn right onto US 52 (alternately called Sagamore Parkway).  Go across the river and up the hill.  At the first traffic light, turn right, then quickly right again. You are now on Frontage Road, which runs parallel to Sagamore Parkway, and you should be facing east. Frontage Road ends in the parking lot of Vintage Square.  The clinic is located in the first building that you come to, and has double oak doors with stained glass in them.  The door faces east.
